Important: Electrical Outlet Required
This Is an Electrically Powered Seat
The PureWarmth seat must be connected to a properly located electrical outlet.
KOHLER specifies a dedicated circuit protected by a Class A GFCI and states that an extension cord should not be used. The receptacle should be located at least 6 inches above the floor and within approximately 32 inches of the toilet area specified by KOHLER. The seat uses a 60-inch power cord.
Before Ordering This Upgrade
Homeowners should confirm that a suitable electrical receptacle is already available near the toilet.
If there is no appropriate electrical outlet near the toilet, electrical work will be required before the PureWarmth seat can be installed.
ToiletKing does not include new electrical circuit or outlet installation as part of the $275 seat upgrade unless specifically quoted separately.
