How do I know the toilet will fit my space?
The only measurement that needs to be addressed is the rough in size. Most toilets are 12 inch rough in, however there are 10 inch and 14 inch rough ins and only certain toilets come in those sizes. Here is a picture of the measurement needed to be sure you have a 12 inch rough in.
How quickly can you install my new toilet?
Upon completing your toilet purchase, we typically can be out to install it at your home or business within 1-2 business days.
What areas do you serve?
ToiletKing currently serves the surrounding areas of the DMV market. Specifically, Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC residents and small businesses.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, cash, or personal check.
Is the toilet seat included with my toilet purchase?
Yes! Every toilet we offer includes a slow-close lid and seat.
Do you offer toilets in different colors?
Yes, just let us know which model and what color you would like! Please note, colors are priced at an additional charge (differs by color, model, and manufacturer), may take several weeks for delivery and must be paid at time of ordering. Special orders are not returnable.
Do you offer a warranty?
LIMITED WARRANTY: All materials, parts, and equipment are warranted by the manufacturers’ or suppliers’ written warranty only. All labor performed by ToiletKingVA℠ is warranted for 90days or as otherwise indicated in writing. ToiletKingVA℠ makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, and its agents or technicians are not authorized to make any such warranties on behalf of ToiletKingVA℠.
ToiletKingVA℠ offers an extended service warranty for purchase with your toilet package.
Can you install a toilet that has already been purchased?
If the toilet is already at your residence we can install it for $325. That price includes professional installation, removal, haul-away, and disposal of the old toilet. PLEASE NOTE: If, for any reason, the toilet provided is broken, faulty, or missing pieces, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to address the issue. A trip fee of $75 will be charged if we are unable to install the toilet.
Do I need to provide any parts?
Not at all, just choose a toilet plan and ToiletKingVA℠ does the rest.
How long does the toilet installation take?
On average, toilet installations are completed in under an hour. This includes removal, installation, clean-up and disposal of your old toilet.
Can you re-install an existing bidet on a new toilet ?
If the bidet is in working order and does not require new parts, then we can re-install for a $50 service fee.
Can you install an electrical outlet for my bidet?
Installing an electrical outlet is the homeowner’s responsibility. We are happy to provide information on local professionals who can assist you.
Can I use an extension cord with my bidet?
