Nobody wants to replace toilets. The owner of Toilet King Chris personally installed 4 Toto toilets this afternoon. The pricing was straightforward and beat other estimates. When I called the company, the owner Chris picked up the phone, answered all of our questions and was at our house the next day. Each bathroom was left spotless. I can't recommend this company any less. It's been a while since I've had such a bad experience, since I'm always careful to check reviews first. Chris was great to work with- friendly, responsive to my questions, flexible with scheduling, fair pricing and my new toilet was installed quickly and efficiently.
