Extended Service Warranty

This Extended Service Warranty (“Warranty”) is an optional service provided by ToiletKing VA, LLC (“Company”) to customers who purchase the Company’s replacement services. This Warranty extends the coverage period for Service or service-beyond the initial 90-day service warranty provided by the Company. By purchasing this Extended Service Warranty, customers agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Coverage Period:

a. The Extended ServiceWarranty coverage period commences immediately after the expiration of the initial 90-day service warranty provided by Toilet King VA, LLC.

b. The Extended Service Warranty covers service-related issues for a duration of 36 months from the expiration date of the initial 90-day service warranty.

2. Eligibility:

a. To be eligible for the Extended Service Warranty, customers must purchase Toilet King VA, LLC’s toilet replacement services.

b. The Extended ServiceWarranty is available for purchase at the cost of $99 per toilet.

3. Coverage Scope:

a. The Extended Service Warranty exclusively covers Service-related issues associated with Toilet King VA, LLC’s toilet replacement services.

b. The Extended Service Warranty excludesr parts or materials required in the toilet replacement process. The manufacturer’sr warranty shall continue to govern any issues related to the toilet’s parts and materials.

4. Repairs and Service:

a. During the Extended Service Warranty coverage period, if any service-related issue arise as a result of Toilet King VA, LLC’s toilet replacement services, the Company will repair or replace the defective Service at no additional cost to the customer.

b. Toilet King VA, LLC will determine the appropriate method of repair or replacement at its sole discretion.

c. The Extended Service Warranty excludes repairs or replacements required due to misuse, abuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

d. The Company reserves the right to inspect and verify the issue before providing repair or replacement services under this Warranty.

5. Transferability:

a. The Extended Service Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who purchased the toilet replacement services from Toilet King VA, LLC.

b. The Warranty cannot be transferred to subsequent owners of the property where the toilet replacement services were performed.

6. Limitations of Liability:

a. Toilet King VA, LLC’s liability under this Extended Service Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective Service associated with the toilet replacement services.

b. Toilet King VA, LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Warranty.

c. Toilet King VA, LLC’s total liability, whether in contract, warranty, negligence, or other theory, shall not exceed the cost of the Extended Service Warranty.

7. Governing Law:

a. This Extended Service Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia, where Toilet King VA, LLC’s principal place of business is located.

By purchasing the Extended Service Warranty, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Warranty. This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Toilet King VA, LLC regarding Service-related issues associated with the toilet replacement services.
