5 Years Extended Parts & Labor Warranty

This Extended Parts & Labor Warranty (“Warranty”) is an optional service provided by ToiletKing℠ (“Company”) to customers who purchase the Company’s replacement services. This Warranty extends the coverage period for Parts and Service or service-beyond the initial 90-day service warranty provided by the Company. By purchasing this Extended Parts & Labor Warranty, customers agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Coverage Period:

a. The Extended Parts & Labor Warranty coverage period commences immediately after the expiration of the initial 90-day service warranty provided by ToiletKing℠.

b. The Extended Parts & Labor Warranty covers service-related issues for a duration of 5 years from the expiration date of the initial 90-day service warranty.

2. Eligibility:

a. To be eligible for the Extended Parts & Labor Warranty, customers must purchase ToiletKing℠’s toilet replacement services.

b. The Extended Parts & Labor Warranty is available for purchase at the cost of $129 per toilet.

3. Coverage Scope:

a. The Extended Parts & Labor Warranty exclusively covers Parts and Service-related issues associated with ToiletKing℠’s toilet replacement services.

4. Repairs and Service:

a. During the Extended Parts & Labor Warranty coverage period, if any service-related issue arise as a result of ToiletKing℠’s toilet replacement services, the Company will repair or replace the defective Service at no additional cost to the customer.

b. ToiletKing℠ will determine the appropriate method of repair or replacement at its sole discretion.

c. The Extended Parts & Labor Warranty excludes repairs or replacements required due to toilet clogging, misuse, abuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

d. The Company reserves the right to inspect and verify the issue before providing repair or replacement services under this Warranty.

5. Transferability:

a. The Extended Parts & Labor Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who purchased the toilet replacement services from ToiletKing℠.

b. The Warranty cannot be transferred to subsequent owners of the property where the toilet replacement services were performed.

6. Limitations of Liability:

a. ToiletKing℠’s liability under this Extended Parts & Labor Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective Parts and/or Service associated with the toilet replacement services.

b.ToiletKing℠ shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Warranty.

c. ToiletKing℠’s total liability, whether in contract, warranty, negligence, or other theory, shall not exceed the cost of the Extended Parts & Labor Warranty.

7. Governing Law:

a. This Extended Parts & Labor Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia, where ToiletKing℠’s principal place of business is located.

By purchasing the Extended Parts & Labor Warranty, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Warranty. This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and ToiletKing℠ regarding Parts and Service-related issues associated with the toilet replacement services.
